Details:
I have created literally over a thousand banners since 1996. The constant challenge is meeting requirements for every website that you advertise on. Squeezing as much as you can within those limitations, while still creating excitement is a challenge I like to face. I have placed these banners at their original size within the window.
Do to stability issues, I have yet to find an employer who is willing to use flash for banners, but very anxious to do so for the simple fact that you can get far more bang for your buck in doing so.
