I love using Flash, I have taken at least 3 classes learning how to use it. In my earlier days, (back in 1994) I was introduced to Director when I started a small company with a neighbor friend of mine. He was the expert in it, but I caught on to how to use it.
I also think that it can be used in ways that can enhance usability within websites. I am still looking forward to working with a company that actually will use it. I have found that Flash seems to be the icing on the cake, and we always seem to be working on the cake and rarely getting to the icing. Only once, and with some outright begging, have I been able to use Flash and get paid to do so.
