Overview

Joined Consumer Direct/Marketing Team of Entertainment in April 2000.

The goal: Create increased revenue for company by taking highly tauted coupon book and selling it via the internet. Open new channel for new memberships, as well as current customers.

The plan: Complete redesign of consumer website. Add more functionality and aggressive marketing of all 160 editions. Create design that would be flexible enough to integrate vast amounts of information, while still creating an interface that was easy to use and understand.

The results: First year: sales increasd over 300% - Second year: sales increased an additional 150% - Third year: 120% increase this fiscal year. - Membership registration increase has been over 200% on average since the year 2000.


Duties

Design - create - and produce marketing pieces promoting site.
Help determine future of website design and marketing placement.
Meet with the Marketing Director and Director of IT on current and future projects.
Prioritize job requests.
Help create team environment.
Create a billion powerpoint presentations.
Observe user studies and implement new ideas and concepts based on test results.
Design and create mock-ups of future products and services.
Direct photo shoots.
Program initial concepts using HTML (ColdFusion) to insure integrity of designs.
